Jorgie uses movement, imagination, and sensing to facilitate an expansion of what we believe to be possible of us and the space around us. We imagine and create tangible environments that support us; Jorgie enacts this through dance, choreography, writing, improvisational practices, multimedia art-making practices, creative consultation, workshop facilitation, and project management. Based in NYC, she holds her BFA from the University of The Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and currently freelances. Most recently, she has worked as a guest artist with Eva Dean Dance company, in-process with Daria Faïn, and has been a dancer and collaborator with Kinesis Project dance theatre since June of 2024. She also works as an executive assistant for Room for Magic and Deem Journal.
