Cultural Solidarity Fund
The Cultural Solidarity Fund (CSF) is an initiative that provides relief microgrants of $500 to artists and cultural workers and prioritizes BIPOC, immigrant, disabled, d/Deaf, and trans and gender-nonconforming individuals who have been most severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This report examines CSF as a case study for Moving Money Coalitions.

This project came out of a series of conversations among disabled access workers whose advocacy, counsel, expertise, and labor specifically focused on transforming cultural spaces in the US to be disability-centered. We aimed to collect, document, and share current pay rates to build collective power and create clearer industry standards.
